Setup Requirements
The sheet must be set to public and explicitly shared with sheet.wcrm@gmail.com so the system can read and, where relevant, update entries such as balances or stock quantities.
One Mode at a Time
Note that Knowledge Base Mode is mutually exclusive with User Record Mode, Service Catalog Mode, and Survey Mode — only one of the four data modes can run on an account at a time.
