User Record Mode uses a customer's phone number as a secure, unique identifier to retrieve and display their personalized data — with no password, login, or app required.
A School Example
A school logs student performance and fee balances alongside parent phone numbers in a spreadsheet. When a parent texts the school's WhatsApp line, the AI matches their number and retrieves only their own child's data — never anyone else's.
Beyond Schools
The same pattern works for clinics sharing appointment or billing details, SACCOs sharing member balances, or any organization that needs to give each individual their own data without building a customer portal.
Security by Design
The AI is strictly restricted to the single spreadsheet row that matches the incoming phone number — it cannot browse or return data from any other row.
