WhatsApp CRM Reseller Program

The Reseller / Affiliate program lets businesses and individuals monetize their network by introducing others to WhatsApp CRM. Resellers earn commissions, manage sub-accounts, distribute credits from their own balance, and receive automated payouts.

Commission Structure

Resellers earn a 15% commission on the subscription price for every user who registers and subscribes through their referral link, in the format wa-crm.app/?ref=USER_ID. Commissions are confirmed once the referred user sets up their account and makes payment.

Payouts

Payouts and wallet balance calculations process automatically at 00:00 HRS (UTC). Supported payout methods are TRC20 USDT for global crypto payouts and M-Pesa for East Africa.

Managing Sub-Accounts and Credits

Resellers can transfer or adjust credit units from their own balance to referred sub-accounts via the dashboard's credit assignment tool (the system checks for sufficient balance before any deduction). Resellers also set their own resale price per credit — buying credits from WhatsApp CRM at the standard rate and reselling them to referrals at a self-determined markup, rather than earning commission on credit sales directly.

Getting Started

1. Copy your referral link from the Reseller section of your dashboard
2. Set your payout destination (TRC20 USDT address or M-Pesa number) and save it
3. Share your link with prospective businesses
4. Assign credits to sub-accounts as needed from the Assign Credit Units card
